A smorgasbord of a selection from the red wine category to the caviar and everything in between, this list is a veritable buffet of culinary delights. Aside from the usual suspects, we’re about to sample some of the best wines the state has to offer as well as a few finely crafted cocktails and maybe even a few beers on tap. Having an appetite is the name of the game, and with good luck we’ll have a few snag free bottles to take home as well. For the ol’ fashions, we’ll be sampling a few chardonnay and cabernet en route to a more formal dinner at the poshest of the three restaurants on the tasting floor.
